Our Challenge

MTS was tasked with building a scalable, smart fleet management system integrated with a garage platform and customer apps, enabling multi-company use while ensuring each workshop and customer could operate independently and seamlessly. The challenge included creating an ecosystem that could manage thousands of granular fleet management features, including expense tracking, trip monitoring, accident reporting, inspection workflows, and seamless workshop interaction for vehicle maintenance requests.

Project Overview

The system developed by MTS offers:

• Fleet Management: Enables companies to track driver trips, manage vehicle expenses, perform daily checklists, handle accident reports, and generate detailed reports per vehicle and driver.
• Garage System: Allows registered workshops to receive service quote requests, provide inspections, manage their business operations, and run independently or in integration with fleet companies and customers.
• Customer Vehicle Management: Empowers customers to add their vehicles, manage maintenance and service reminders, track service history, and receive updates directly through a user-friendly mobile app.
• Integrated Ecosystem: Fleet companies, workshops, and vehicle owners can seamlessly interact while maintaining their operational independence within a secure system architecture.
